Sizing up a bicycle takes 45' tot 60'

Bring along:

Sizing up the bicycle (defining the frame's geometry and measuring the sitting position)

*cycling outfit and shoes

Bicycle analysis (sizing and adjusting the cycling position)

*bicycle and shoes (take care: material must be in good condition and clean)

*cycling outfit: cycling shorts , t-shirt, cycling jersey

A warming up training and stretching can surely help to get a better result!
